Tim McClure is a Partner and Managing Principal for Glenn|Partners. Tim’s unique experience in education design and construction is unmatched as he has not only served North Texas school districts as an architect but brings almost a decade of experience as the former Assistant Superintendent for Operations at Northwest ISD, North Texas's fastest-growing district. Known for leading long-range facility planning, Tim’s deep knowledge of non-instructional operations and architectural expertise ensures school districts benefit from both an owner's and architect's perspective.

Tim’s passion for public education has been on display throughout his career in numerous conference presentations and teaching classes to fellow school district staff through TASBO. His contributions and involvement in A4LE (formerly CEFPI) are without exception. Tim has served as the Southern Region President in two terms, served as the International Director for the Southern Region, and is currently serving on the International Executive Committee as the Vice Chair. Tim has successfully led many efforts toward bond planning by understanding aging facilities, current needs, growth patterns, district’s vision and ultimately the fiscal burden of the taxpayer. He constantly strives to make a difference in learning environments that will positively impact students. Tim is particularly in his element when he is working with community groups to plan bond packages to improve and create inspiring educational spaces for future generations.
